Reseller who logs-in 1st PO to Trend Micro in April 2008 will be rewarded with SGD 50 Voucher.	Reseller who logs-in the 2nd PO to Trend Micro within 30 days of the 1st PO will be rewarded with SGD 50 Voucher.	Reseller who logs-in the 3rd PO to Trend Micro within 60 days of the 1st PO will be rewarded with SGD 100 Voucher.

EXAMPLE:

Reseller ABC provides < 250 users 1st PO in May 2008 = SGD 50
Reseller ABC provides < 250 users 2nd PO after 30 days of 1st PO = SGD 50
Reseller ABC provides < 250 user 3rd PO after 60 days of 1st PO = SGD 100

Terms and Conditions:

1.	This program runs from 1st May 2008 to 27th June 2008.

2.	This program is applicable to new license purchase only. Renewal license not eligible for incentive under this program

3.	The New Reseller Incentive is applicable to resellers who are new to selling Trend Micro (or resellers that have not transacted with Trend Micro from 1st September 2007 to 31st March 2008).

4.	When claiming, please fill out the following information in the claim form:

	a.	Distributor’s PO number
	b.	Customer name
	c.	Product sold
	d.	Total quantity

5.	Minimum claim is 10 user licenses per reseller organization.

6.	All claims must be submitted latest 30th June 2008

7.	Distributors will provide consolidated claims to Trend Micro for all eligible claims. Incentives will be paid through vouchers or in kind by Trend Micro.

8.	Trend Micro accepts the legitimacy of claims in good faith and on the basis of information received.

9.	Taxation obligations are the sole responsibility of the claimant.

10.	Trend Micro reserves the right at its sole discretion to terminate or modify this program at any time without prior notices.
