| 6. |
All cash awards shall be made in form of vouchers. |

This program entitlement is only applicable for orders that are invoiced/
shipped out of Trend Micro before 6pm, 25th June 2008 (+GMT 8
Taiwan Time) |

Minimum claim is >10 user licenses per reseller organization. |
| 9. |
All claims must be submitted latest by 30th June 2008. |
| 10. |
Any decision made by Trend Micro management in relation to this
program will be final and no correspondence will be entertained. |

Trend Micro reserves the right to add, delete or alter the terms and
conditions of Q2 2008 Affinity Suite Program at any time for any
reason whatsoever without prior notice. |
